Aloha Aulani
Helping you make the most of your stay.‘Ama‘Ama
Aulani’s signature restaurant is open-air and features gorgeous ocean views. Dinner is served here from 5PM to 8:30PM, but the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. You should likely consider getting a reservation, particularly if you want to dine around sunset. You can make a reservation 30 days in advance either online or by calling the resort at 808-674-6200. The current menu is a 4-course prix-fixe for $125 with an additional $65 wine pairing. There’s also a plant-based menu and a children’s menu.
There is a dress code, although it’s fairly casual. There is a picture of their dress code below. Men: Jeans or shorts are fine, a shirt, and footwear. Women: a dress, or a shirt with shorts or a skirt, and some footwear. Shirts cannot have inappropriate words or pictures. The sign says no swimwear, though the website mentions swimwear with a coverup is allowed. It can get rather windy in the evenings, so you may want to consider a sweater or jacket.
You do not need to be staying at the resort to get a reservation or dine here. You can get free self or valet parking for up to 4 hours after spending a minimum of $50 here. The $50 has to be on a single receipt, they won’t allow a combination of receipts. Bring your parking ticket with you to the restaurant for validation, and keep your receipt.
There are several dining areas, all open-air with with views of the ocean. The majority of the tables have a decent view. The restaurant overlooks the ocean and the sunset views are stunning. If you are looking for a romantic place for dinner, you can’t go wrong with making a reservation around sunset here. Sunsets here range from 5:48pm in November and 7:18 in July.
