Non-Room Reservations: Dining, Spa, etc…

This is a quick rundown of all the non-room reservations you should consider making.  Many of these fill up fast.

Dining

There are only 2 dining locations that you can make reservations for, ‘Ama’Ama and Makahiki.  Reservations are highly recommended for both restaurants.  You no longer need a room reservation to make dining reservations.   You get complimentary self-parking for up to 2.5 hours when you spend $50 or more at Makahiki or up to 4 hours when you spend $50 or more at ‘AMA‘AMA. Be sure to bring your parking ticket and purchase receipt with you.

To make reservations, go to https://www.disneyaulani.com/dining/reservation/  up to 30 days in advance or call 808-674-6200.  If you have more than 9 in your group, then you need to call 808-674-6330 instead.  The online reservation site only handles parties up to 7 individuals, so any more than that and you will need to call.

KA WA’A – A Lū‘au at Aulani

“KA WA‘A – A Lū‘au at Aulani” is a luau that takes place on Aulani’s Kalawai lawn, behind the resort.  Reservations are required.  For more information about pricing and what’s included with your tickets, check out our luau page

Laniwai and Painted Sky Spa

To make reservations for spa services, you must call 808-674-6300 or go to https://na.spatime.com/adr96707/4809523/home.  Note the weird url.  If you are uncomfortable with using it, go to https://www.disneyaulani.com/spa-fitness/ and click the “Reserve Now” button.

Cabanas and Casabellas

The Aulani Cabanas are like your own mini-living room next to the pools.  There are 8 of them distributed around the resort.  Casabellas are 2 seater lounge-chairs with pull-up hoods/sun-shades.  These are also found in various locations around  the resort but have different pricing based upon the location and the amenities that come with them.  Despite being rather pricey, they are frequently booked out months in advance.  See the cabana/casabella page for more information.

Aunty’s Beach House

Aunty’s Beach House (ABH) is the kid’s club for Aulani.  It’s included with your stay and is awesome.  While your children (ages 3-12, must be able to use the bathroom independently) can go in to ABH at any time, there is a registration process for entry as well as premium activities you must sign up for.

The ABH entry registration process consists of a few forms asking about your children and you, like the ages of the children, who is allowed to pick them up, if there are any allergies, etc.  While you can do this at the ABH front desk, there is what Disney calls “pre-registering.” As far as I can tell all that it really means is you are filling out the forms in advance.  They don’t keep the digital record of the forms, you still have to print them out, sign them, and remember to bring them with you.  However, if there’s a line of people at ABH, it may take a while just for you to get the forms, and it saves you the time of filling them out there while your kids are bouncing off the walls.

To register in advance, go here at least 2 days, but no more than 90 days, in advance of your stay.  For the premium activities, go to https://www.disneyaulani.com/activities/auntys-beach-house/online-form/ up to 90 days in advance of your stay or call (808) 674-6200.
